HEAD SPA CLUB – Loyalty & Referral Program

AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP
Every new client automatically becomes a member of the HEAD SPA CLUB on their first visit.

They receive a loyalty card where visits, points, and rewards are tracked.

REWARDS FOR VISITS

• After 2 visits: the client receives a 15% discount on their next ritual.

• Visits are recorded in the system, and clients can track their progress directly in the booking system.

REWARDS FOR REFERRALS

• For each new client they refer, the member earns 5 points.

• Points are automatically added to the booking system, and clients can track them themselves.

• Points accumulate and encourage members to bring new clients.

POINTS AND PREMIUM REWARDS

• After collecting 20 points: the client receives a 30% discount, which can be used either for a voucher for themselves or someone else, or for a full Head Spa Ritual.

• The system clearly shows progress – clients can see how many points they have and how many are needed for the 30% discount.
